Students will learn about the curriculum, required courses, structure, schedule, academic expectations, and onboarding requirements needed to be completed for certification in the Community Health Worker Program. They will gain a better understanding of the Community Health Worker profession and how the program prepares them with the skills needed to enter the workforce as a community health worker. In addition, this orientation reviews the requirements that must be completed to be officially enrolled in courses for completion of the certification.
